Mohali District Additional District Magistrate Amaninder Kaur Brar has canceled 3 visas and licenses of consulting firms. It is being told that these orders have been issued by the district administration due to violation of rules. The license has been canceled under Section 6(1)(G) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2012.
According to the information, In & Out Travels located near Savitri Heights-2, VIP Road, Zirakpur was issued a license to operate a travel agency. The period of which was till 21 March 2021. But the licensee did not take any action to continue the same despite being issued notice on its expiry. Due to which the license of this agency has been canceled with immediate effect. Similarly, Flyway Overseas Pvt Ltd was also issued a consultancy license in Mohali Phase 3B2. It was valid till August 17, 2022.
