Delhi South District DCP Channan Singh said that a call was received at Hauz Khas police station, a woman was given wrong signals by the car owner and dragged for 10-15 meters. In the case, the police have arrested the accused with the help of Garuna Van. The age of the accused is 47 years and he was drunk. The police have registered a case and started the action.
