Ferozepur village Kamalwala Khurd and village Megha Rai Hithar police have succeeded on the basis of secret information. The police have recovered 50 bottles of illicit liquor and 160 kg of lahan while conducting raids in Mallanwala and Guruharshay police stations. Along with this, one person has also been arrested while 4 persons escaped. Raids are being conducted to arrest the fugitives. Giving information in this regard, ASI Karamjit Singh said that the police team reached village Kamalwala Khurd during patrolling.
Suspects were being checked here. Meanwhile, they got a secret information that Karz’s son Bashir prepares and sells illicit liquor. He has kept illegal liquor in his house. On the basis of this secret information, the police team conducted a raid. In this raid, the police recovered 50 bottles of illicit liquor and arrested the named accused.
