The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued guidelines regarding Unlock-3. This time in Unlock-3, steps have been taken to start some more activities outside the Containment Zones. However, as per the order of the Ministry of Home Affairs, there will be strict lockdown in all the containment zones till August 31, 2020. No night curfew will be imposed from August 5, 2020. All yoga institutes and gyms are allowed to open from August 5, 2020.

In all these places it will be mandatory to follow the standard operating procedure issued by the Ministry of Health. Schools, colleges and all educational institutions will be closed till August 31, 2020. Online / Distance Study will continue as before. Cinema halls, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters, bars, auditoriums, assembly halls and all such places will be banned.

All types of international flights will be banned except those approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The ban on metro rail services will also continue. There will be a ban on social / political / sports / entertainment / educational / cultural / religious events and big celebrations.
