Yash’s ‘KGF 2’ created trouble for Rahul, copyright act case registered

Yash’s film ‘KGF’ has become a problem for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. A case has been registered against Rahul under the Copyright Act. In fact, Rahul Gandhi is currently busy with his Bharat Joko Yatra. Congress is promoting this trip before the elections. Many videos are being shared on social media regarding this. In these videos, Congress has used the music of Yash’s film ‘KGF’, due to which ‘KGF Chapter 2’ fame MRT Music has filed a complaint under the Copyright Act.

The music label is claiming that they have used songs from the film in the marketing videos produced by the Indian National Congress for the Bharat Joko Yatra. However, MRT Music’s permission/license was not sought from the Congress to do so. Sections 403 (dishonest misappropriation of property), 465 (punishment for forgery), 120 Sections 403, 465 and 120 BR/W Section 34 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Copyright Act against three party and Congress leaders , an FIR has been registered under Section 63 of 1957.
