Diwali and Bandi Chhod Day are being celebrated across the country today. People are wishing each other well on this occasion. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has also congratulated the people of Punjab. On the occasion of Diwali, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann wished the officials and their families on Diwali and Bandi Chhod Day.
CM Mann while congratulating the people of Punjab on Diwali and Bandi Chod Diwas said that every Diwali should bring the light of progress and health to everyone’s homes. Also, CM Mann has appealed to the people on this occasion. He said that nowadays pollution is increasing a lot. Try to celebrate a green Diwali, take special care of children, avoid incidents while shooting fireworks.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann called on all the officials of the state to be vigilant so that people can celebrate this festival of lights with full religious devotion and enthusiasm. He said that full precautions need to be taken to prevent fire incidents and if any such accident occurs, efforts should be made to minimize the loss of life and property.
