AAS-EHSAAS, a leading non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities, has taken a significant step towards inspiring the youth to actively engage in community service. The organization has launched its much-anticipated Internship Program 2023, with the aim of instilling a sense of responsibility and motivating young individuals to contribute to society.
Recognizing the importance of starting from the roots and reaching out to those who are unable to fulfill their rights, AAS-EHSAAS is committed to providing “Ehsaas shakti ka aur suraksha” – the power to achieve anything and protection from unjust circumstances. The initiation meeting for the internship program witnessed an overwhelming response from enthusiastic interns who expressed their eagerness to be a part of the NGO and make a positive impact on society.
During the program’s inauguration, Kamya Khanna, the in charge of the internship program, addressed the interns and highlighted the program’s numerous benefits for both the interns and society at large. Emphasizing the hands-on approach, interns will have the opportunity to work on the ground and visit various locations where AAS-EHSAAS has been actively assisting the underprivileged. This immersive experience will allow interns to witness firsthand the challenges faced by marginalized communities and actively contribute towards their upliftment.
Furthermore, Gunjeet Ruchi Bawa, president of the organization, motivated the interns by sharing insightful anecdotes and inspiring stories.
