Such acts of mischievous elements have come to the fore which has created a commotion from UP to Haryana. Someone has uploaded the death certificate on the website in the name of Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. Next to the institution issuing the death certificate is Pannunganj/Shahganj PHC of Sonbhadar.
It is surprising that there is no PHC in Pannunganj or in Shahganj in Sonbhadar district. CHC is definitely there in Shahganj but no certificate has been issued there for a long time. Now the administration is looking for the mischief maker. The upload of death certificate on the website continues on 2 February 2023 in the name of Manhor Lal Khattar son of Harbansh Lal. Death is written on May 5, 2022 in it. The address is also the same as that of the Chief Minister of Haryana. After getting information about the matter, DM Chandra Vijay Singh also inquired from the concerned officers.
