India is making steady progress in the field of energy. The strength of the country in the field of energy is continuously increasing. In this regard, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the ‘India Energy Week’ in Bangalore today i.e. Monday. While giving information in this regard, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also gave information about his program by tweeting yesterday i.e. on Sunday. He said that ‘India Energy Week’ is being organized from February 6 to 8.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the event will bring together leaders from conventional and unconventional energy industries, government and academia to discuss those challenges and opportunities. More than 30 ministers from around the world will participate in it. Along with this, more than 30,000 delegates, 1000 exhibitors and 500 speakers will gather to discuss. During the event, the Prime Minister will participate in an interaction with the CEO of Global Oil and Oil. The Prime Minister will also flag off the Green Mobility Rally.
The Prime Minister will also launch the uniform under Indian Oil’s ‘Unbottled’ initiative. Indian Oil has adopted recycled polyester (RPET) and cotton uniforms for LPG delivery men with an aim to eliminate single-use plastics. Modi will launch E-20, an ethanol-blended fuel. About Rs 81,800 crore has been paid for ethanol supply from 2014 to 2022 and over Rs 49,000 crore has been transferred to farmers.
