Once again the weather has taken a curve in Jammu and Kashmir. Snowfall along with rain has been observed here. Many roads have been closed due to snowfall. Due to this, traffic delays are being faced. There are significant delays in air services. Train services have been suspended for now. The highway has been blocked due to heavy snowfall.
The work is being done to remove the frozen ice on the railway line. Train service has been suspended until the snow clears. The railway will resume its traffic as soon as the snow clears. WDS 4 will go first after the snow clears. After that, the train is expected to run again. Let it be known that people are facing a lot of problems due to the heavy snowfall last night.
Srinagar witnessed heavy snowfall on Sunday. Snowfall started in this area from around 3 pm. 2 to 3 inches of snow has fallen in many places. Due to which the cold has increased in the area. The temperature here is currently 3 degrees, but the cold has increased a lot. Snow has accumulated on top of many vehicles.
