Heavy rain will occur in these states including Punjab for the next 2 days, IMD has issued an alert

Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and North India will experience heavy rain in the next 2 days i.e. 29 and 30 January. Also, strong winds are expected to blow at a speed of 20 to 30 km per hour in these states. The Meteorological Department said that there will be very dense fog in the morning and evening in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi on January 30. Apart from this, dense fog will be seen in West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura on January 29 and 30.

The IMD has issued a forecast for the next five days regarding the frost. IMD said that there is not going to be any major change in the temperature of the states of North West India in the next 24 hours. After this, the temperature will decrease by 3 to 5 degrees for 2 days. The temperature will rise in the states of eastern India for the next two days. Apart from this, the minimum temperature is likely to increase by two to four degrees Celsius in Maharashtra, Gujarat during the next 48 hours.
