RTA Dhaliwal appeared in court, sent to 14 days judicial custody

RTA Narinder Dhaliwal was presented in court today by vigilance. The court sent them to judicial custody. Earlier, Vigilance had remanded Narinder Dhaliwal for 3 days. RTA was arrested by vigilance on the charge of monthly collection from transporters. The RTA was produced today after the 3-day remand ended. According to sources, a regional transport authority is also now on the vigilance radar.

Meanwhile, Punjab PCS officials and employees working in government offices have gone on a one-week strike. Officials have announced a holiday for a week. RTA Narinder Dhaliwal is being accused in a false case. The officials have said that it is wrong to register a case against the responsible officer with the statement of one person. The RTA is gathering an account of the amount in Narendra Dhaliwal’s bank accounts and the crores of rupees spent on the property he bought and the house in Moga.
