BSF success at Kasowal BOP, Pakistani drone recovered with heroin

Border Security Force personnel found a damaged drone and 782 grams of heroin in a sugarcane field at border inspection post Kasowal on the India-Pakistan border. The inspector of 113 battalion of BSF took possession of the drone. The heroin found with the drone was handed over to the Ramdas police station. Ramdas police station SI and investigating officer Gurpreet Singh Bhangu said that the case is being investigated after registering a case against an unidentified person on the complaint of BSF.

According to the information, a team led by Inspector Harish Kumar of 113 battalion of BSF was patrolling in the BOP Kasowal area located on the Indo-Pak border on January 2. In the meantime, they saw something suspicious in the sugarcane field of the Indian region among the barbed wire. On this, BSEF conducted a search operation by surrounding the sugarcane field from all sides and they found a Pakistani drone lying in the field. Here they found a packet. In the investigation, 782 grams of heroin was found.
