Thieves stole 68 lakh rupees by breaking the window of a car parked on the roadside in Ludhiana

68 lakh rupees were stolen from a vehicle in Punjab’s Ludhiana late on Wednesday evening. This incident is from Samrala Chowk of Ludhiana. The vehicle from which this amount was stolen belongs to a Chandigarh businessman.

It is being told that the driver of the car parked the car on the road near Samrala Chowk and went inside the street for some work. When he returned some time later, the driver’s side rear door window of the vehicle was broken and the money bag on the seat was missing. The police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident.

Car driver Gurpreet said that he had come to Ludhiana for some work. His owner lives in Chandigarh and these days the work of his house is going on. He has been coming to Ludhiana many times before to take payment. This kind of incident has happened for the first time. On the other hand, after the information of the driver, the police team of Police Station Division No. 3 reached the spot. In the initial investigation, the police are treating the whole case as suspicious. The driver is being questioned.
