Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Saturday said that the custody status of gangster Goldie Brar, the mastermind behind the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, remains a top secret. It is being claimed that he has been detained in America. He said that Punjab officials are contacting international agencies to bring him to book. CM Mann said that there are reports that Goldie Brar may not have been taken into custody.
