After the formation of the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab, strict steps are being taken by the CM Bhagwant Mann government for the development of the state. Meanwhile, CM Bhagwant Mann has severely reprimanded the Punjabi language and said that strict action will be taken against the educational institutions which will ban the speaking of Punjabi language in their campuses.
In fact, CM Bhagwant Mann, while addressing a gathering on the last day of the inter-university youth fair at Punjabi University, said that some educational institutions in the state are imposing penalties for speaking Punjabi on their campuses. He said that this is unreasonable because the mother tongue of all the Punjabis living in the state is Punjabi. He warned such educational institutions and said that if the educational institutions impose penalties for speaking Punjabi, strict action will be taken against them.
Further, CM Bhagwant Mann said that the state has immense strength and talent of the youth, which always acts as a catalyst to bring about constructive change in the society.
