After the heartbreaking news of killing Shraddha Walker and cutting her body into 35 parts, many such cases are coming to light. In the latest incident, several pieces of a woman’s body parts were found in a drum kept in a closed rented house in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The police suspect that the body has been lying there for more than a year. When the tenant did not pay the rent, the owner of the house broke the door and found the body parts of the woman.
Visakhapatnam City Police Commissioner Srikanth said that the said case came to light today from Madurvada in Visakhapatnam when the landlord forcibly entered the house of a tenant who had absconded from the house to remove his belongings. In June 2021, the tenant vacated the house without paying the dues, citing his wife’s pregnancy, but had not yet paid the landlord. After waiting for more than a year, the owner today forcibly entered the house to remove the tenant’s belongings. Fragments of a woman’s body were recovered from the drum.
