Once again strong earthquake shocks have been felt in Indonesia. A 6.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in the West Java region of the country on Saturday. According to information, the epicenter of the earthquake was located at a depth of 118 km from the ground. However, considering the magnitude of the earthquake, no tsunami warning has been issued.
According to the information, strong shocks of the earthquake were also felt in the capital of the country, Jakarta. Officials in the city of Garut, about 50 kilometers from the epicenter, said they were assessing the damage caused by the quake. At the same time, some residents of Bandung, the capital of West Java province, said on social media that they felt strong shocks from the earthquake.
