In Shamsi society in Karachi, Pakistan, a man tried to commit suicide by killing his wife and three daughters. The police reached the spot and took the accused into custody and admitted him to the hospital, while the bodies were taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. According to the information received, last night after a minor dispute between the accused Fawad and his wife, Fawad killed his wife Qadri (37) along with daughters Roma (16), Rubia (12) and Salma (10) with a sharp weapon. The accused also tried to commit suicide by cutting his throat.
After hearing screams on the roof, when the accused’s mother and brother’s wife reached the roof, Fawad was in agony while the other three had succumbed. After informing the police, the police took Fawad to a private hospital in Karachi. The police suspect that the accused suspected the character of his wife and elder daughter which led to his murder.
