Cold outbreak increased in Punjab, Jalandhar city was the coldest, mercury reached 5.5 degrees

The outbreak of cold has increased in the last phase of November in Punjab. It is bitterly cold due to early morning cold winds. Most of the trouble is happening to the walkers. Despite wearing warm clothes, the cold is not reducing. Many districts of Punjab also experienced severe cold on Wednesday, in which Jalandhar was the coldest. The minimum temperature was recorded here at 5.5 degrees Celsius. Even before this, the temperature has remained this high in the last one week.

Except for Jalandhar, no other district of Punjab has seen the minimum temperature so low. In Bathinda, the minimum temperature was 6.6 degrees, Muktsar 6.8 degrees, Moga 7 degrees, Ferozepur and Amritsar 7.3 degrees, Ludhiana 7.6 degrees. While the temperature was 8 degrees in Patiala, 8.4 degrees in Kapurthala, 8.2 degrees in Barnala, 8 degrees in Hoshiarpur.
