NDTV senior journalist Ravish Kumar has resigned. Ravish Kumar hosted many programs during his tenure including ‘Hum Lok’, ‘Raveesh Di Report’, ‘Desh Ki Baat’ and ‘Prime Time’. Ravish Kumar has twice been honored with the Ramnath Goenka Excellence Award for Contribution to Journalism and the Ramon Magsaysay Award in 2019. After Ravish’s resignation, NDTV Group President Suprana Singh said, “There are very few journalists who can influence people as much as Ravish.
Let us tell you that the resignation of Ravish Kumar has come at a time when the executive co-chairman of NDTV Pranab Roy had resigned from the post of director a day earlier. There were reports of Ravish Kumar’s resignation for many days. However, on Wednesday, he has officially submitted his resignation by sending a mail.
