A terrible accident took place near village Buttar Kalan on the Moga-Barnala highway last night when the Innova car of the Malwai Bhangra team, which was returning from a wedding function, lost its balance. The car rammed into a paddy-laden trolley parked near a pump near Buttar village. The accident was so strong that the wheels of the vehicle were blown off. In this accident, one youth died on the spot, while 5 youths including 1 child were seriously injured. The injured were taken to Civil Hospital.
On this occasion, the family members of the victim youth said that our children were returning from a wedding program when they collided with a truck standing on the side of the road near Butter Kal. He said that one youth also died in the accident and the other two youths were seriously injured.
