The matter of granting parole to Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim has reached the High Court. While filing a petition in the High Court, Advocate H. C. Arora said that the risk of breach of peace has increased due to the granting of parole to Rah Rahim. Ram Rahim is posting videos on YouTube that should be deleted. Ever since Rah Rahim came out on parole, the tension between the Dera supporters and the common people has started to increase. A hearing will be held soon on this petition filed in the High Court.
Before this, advocate of Punjab and Haryana High Court HC. Arora issued a legal notice to the Haryana government demanding the cancellation of Ram Rahim’s parole. Gurmeet Ram Rahim, who is serving a sentence in the case of murder and sexual abuse of nuns, was granted parole some time ago. Issuing the legal notice, Advocate HC Arora said that Ram Rahim is guilty of very serious crimes and such a criminal should not be given the benefit of parole.
