Heroin worth 7 crore found at Attari border, Pakistani smugglers dropped the consignment by drone

Consignment of heroin has been recovered from the fields of the village near the Attari border in Amritsar, Punjab. Seeing this consignment in the field, the farmer informed the Border Security Force (BSF). BSF has seized the consignment and started investigation.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the consignment was dropped by drone. The incident is from Kakkar village near Attari in Amritsar. At night the farmer went for a walk in his fields. Meanwhile, his eyes fell on a packet wrapped in yellow and blue tape lying in the field. When the farmer became suspicious, he informed the BSF. The BSF team reached the spot and took possession of the consignment.
