BJP leaders have again questioned the traditional working style of the Congress regarding the swearing-in ceremony of the new Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Because Jagdish Tytler, convicted in the 1984 Sikh massacre case, also attended Kharge’s swearing-in ceremony.
BJP leaders Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Tejinder Pal Singh Baga have termed the Congress as an anti-Sikh party. Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that the Gandhi family had organized the Sikh massacre of 1984 with the help of murderers like Jagdish Tytler. Congress is giving special treatment to its old people as an honor.
On the other hand, on attending the swearing-in ceremony of Mallikarjun Kharge as Jagdish Titler, Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga said that Congress and Sonia Gandhi have once again proved how much they are involved in the massacre of Sikhs.
