Russian President Vladimir Putin has praised the Prime Minister. Putin has described PM Modi as a patriot. Putin said that under the leadership of Narendra Modi, India has achieved tremendous success in development. Putin said all these things at the 19th annual meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club in Moscow. He said that the future of India is great. His idea of Make in India is important in both economics and ethics.
Putin said that the future belongs to India, because it has the largest democracy in the world. It is a matter of pride for every Indian. He said that Modi is like an ice breaker. They know very well how to protect the interests of their people. PM Modi is one of those people who is expert in implementing independent foreign policy.
Apart from this, Putin on Thursday praised Prime Minister Modi’s independent foreign policy as well as the ‘Make in India’ initiative and called him a ‘true patriot’. Addressing the Valdai Discussion Club, he said that a lot has been done economically and morally in India under the leadership of PM Modi. He also praised India’s progress towards becoming a modern state with British colonial rule.
