Gangster Deepak Kumar alias Tinu, a member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang who escaped from the custody of the Punjab Police, was arrested by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police on Wednesday. Police have arrested Tinu from Rajasthan. Deepak Sidhu was an accused in the Moosewala murder case.
He evaded the Punjab Police and escaped.
