According to information, there was an explosion in a coal mine in Amasra, North Bartin province on Friday. 25 people died in this incident. The Health Minister said that 11 people have been rescued and their treatment is ongoing. About 110 people were working in the mine at the time of the explosion. Most of it was present at a depth of 300 meters.

Health Minister Fateh Donamej has linked the incident to flammable gas found in coal. They say that the initial investigation has revealed that the explosion was probably caused by fire damp. An investigation will be conducted to determine the cause of the explosion. The actual cause of the incident has not been ascertained. Today President Rajab Tayyab can also reach the place of the incident. He said that we hope that the employees working in coal will be rescued safely. We are making efforts on our part.
