After this incident, the repairing of this 80 year old building has started…
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal survived a major accident in his house. A portion of the roof of his house in Civil Lines fell due to heavy rains. The good thing is that no one is hurt in this. Although the roof was repaired, but at the same time the roof of the bathroom also fell. After this incident, the review of this 80 year old building has started.
According to a government source, till now the Chamber of the CM was like a war room, where important meetings were held. It is a matter of luck that no one was present in the Chamber during the incident, where something often happens. Now a part of CM’s house has been converted into CM’s Chamber. The ceiling that fell was the personal chamber of CM arvind Kejriwal. The source said that the house where the Chief Minister is now living was built in 1942 and some parts of this building carry out repair work throughout the year.
In the last three weeks, there has been heavy rainfall in Delhi. In such a situation, it is believed that more part of the building may have been affected. This is the reason that Kejriwal’s house is now being reviewed by PWD officials. Further consideration will be given only after the assessment report of the officers.
