Government release the notification of implementing Consumer protection Act 2019.
The Modi government has enacted a new law from today. This special law will make the people of the country more powerful. To curb customer fraud, the Modi government has decided to implement a new consumer protection law from today.
A notification has been issued to implement the Consumer Protection Act 2019 from July 20. The new law replaces the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Sources in the Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution said that the new law would come into force on July 20, i.e. from today.
The new Consumer Protection Act 2019 has been implemented by the government. Since the enactment of this new law, many new rules have been enacted to protect the interests of consumers. Which were not in the old Act. In particular, new business models from the last few years have been included.
